Clear Out Your Sinuses Using Only Your Fingers In A Matter Of Seconds

Sinus infections can be really painful and uncomfortable. The pressure in your head, along with a constant runny nose, often leads to a sore throat and fever, making things tough to deal with.

Instead of grabbing over-the-counter meds the next time you or someone you know has a sinus infection, try these three easy, all-natural remedies.

Technique A: Apply Pressure on Your Eyebrows

If sinus pressure is bothering you, this simple trick can give you quick relief:

  1. Place your fingers at the start of each eyebrow and lean forward, resting your forehead in your hands with your elbows on a flat surface.
  2. When you feel the pressure change, move your fingers to the middle of your eyebrows. Hold it there until you feel another shift, then move to the outer edges.
  3. Once you reach the ends, make small circles with your fingers.

This should help relieve sinus pressure headaches in just seconds!

Technique B: Try a Mini-Massage

Mini-massages can help relieve sinus congestion:

  1. Press firmly on the notch of your collarbone with a finger to help clear mucus. This can also help pop your ears.
  2. Alternatively, cross your hands into a “V” shape and gently press the sides of your neck to stimulate lymph flow and reduce pressure.

Technique C: Use Your Tongue, Too

You can also use your finger and tongue together to help clear congestion:

  1. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth while pressing your finger on the skin between your eyebrows. Hold for 15-20 seconds to encourage mucus flow.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try alternating pressure between the roof of your mouth and the skin between your eyebrows for 10 seconds each.
