Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 1 egg, ½ cup rolled oats, ¼ tsp baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon (optional).

Instructions:

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the banana, egg, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
  2. Preheat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm up for a couple of minutes.
  3. Cook Pancakes: Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Flip and Finish: Gently flip each pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve: Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
